Variables include the square footage we are undertaking, whether it is pure design and/or include remodel which could cause delays when dealing with city permits, time frame to make window coverings or furniture deliveries etc. There are many factors that can extend a timeline, however with proper planning and communication you will know where we are every step of the way until completion. A realistic custom timeline will be dedicated to your specific design project.
